WHAT IS FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?
Family Constellations is a healing method discovered by Bert Hellinger.
It is based on the idea that our emotional problems, behavior patterns, and even physical ailments can be linked to unresolved trauma in our family system, both past and present.
Families, like systems, have their own invisible orders and interconnections. These interconnections can be traced across generations and are not always obvious or logical to those involved.
Hellinger observed that certain behaviors, thoughts, or emotional struggles in individuals can be traced back to earlier generations, sometimes due to unresolved family secrets, unresolved grief, or acts of exclusion, betrayal, or injustice within the family system.
These unhealed wounds may affect subsequent family members, who may unknowingly take on roles or burdens that do not belong to them.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE WORKSHOP
During this full-day workshop, we will hold space for 5-6 constellations.
Each of these will focus on a participant’s personal theme, allowing them to explore and heal deep family or systemic dynamics.
Even if you don’t bring your own constellation, you are an important part of the circle.
You may be chosen as a representative in someone else’s constellation, stepping into their system and experiencing powerful insights and emotions that often mirror your own life.
And even if you simply come as an observer, just being present in the knowing field can bring clarity, release, and healing.
There are no coincidences in who gathers for a workshop like this.
The people who come together are often connected by similar wounds or life themes.
Whenever we work on someone’s constellation, it also works with a part of all of us.
This is the beauty and mystery of Family Constellations – we heal together.

What is the difference between IFS and other therapeutic modalities?IFS is unique because it focuses on understanding and healing the different parts of yourself. Will I have to relive painful memories during IFS therapy?In IFS, we don’t force you to relive painful memories. Instead, we work with the parts of you that hold onto these memories, and we approach them with compassion and understanding. You’ll never be asked to rehash past trauma in a way that feels overwhelming. The focus is on healing and rewriting those memories in a safe, gentle way that helps release any emotional burdens.
